This is the Amiga version from back2roots.org.
There was a note in that detection entry, hinting that the game files may be corrupted. There's also a note that there are two versions with these data files (quite odd): 0.000.530 and x.yyy.zzz (as you noted)

I've reenabled the entry in commit 994195befa.
