The game is not recognized at all by SCUMMVM (could not find any game in the specified directory).

It would be nice if you could supply the detection entries for the installer files too. Just point ScummVM at a directory containing all the contents of the floppy files for that. It should result in an output for "WESTWOOD.1" then.

Currently no developer owns a french floppy version as far as I know, thus adding support for it will take some time.

Well I've got no floppy drive in my computer anymore, those big IDE ribbon connectors on motherboards are now ancient history...
Fortunately, I just bought a new shiny USB floppy drive to make up for that ! :-)

I should add that the md5sums given in the bug report are those of the v1.23 patched version. A fresh install from the floppies is v1.20 and has different md5 sums.
Perhaps these should be added as well ?

As far as adding support for this version, isn't it as simple as adding the md5sums in the engine detection table as usual ?

I have added your md5 data to the code. I cannot test this, however (I don't have a French floppy version myself). So I'll have to ask you to test this and confirm whether it works for you. Please test both the extracted version and the installer files if it isn't too much of a bother.
For testing you'll have to check out the latest code and compile yourself or download the latest nightly build. Changes should be picked up tomorrow or the day after.
