When you use compress_kyra to compress the *.tlk files, it seems to work fine, but when the files are replaced speech after the intro sequence is disabled and replaced with subtitles.

The tool was run with --vorbis.

It seems that our compression tool was broken (it would mess up the file names of the ingame speech files).

I have committed a fix for that which works for me.

Please test (you will have to do the compression again - sorry for the inconvenience).

Ok, though I can't really test the tools since there are no daily builds of them currently and I can't seem to compile them in MinGW.

Yeah, that's quite unfortunate. Actually, it took me longer to finally get the tools to build (but not with MinGW) than to actually fix the bug.

I'll ask someone who knows his way around configure whether this can fixed.

Okay, we actually have a patch for the MinGW issue on the tracker which hasn't been merged yet: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&aid=3309021&group_id=37116&atid=418822

The patch seems to work fine, if you want to try that.
