My last test Result:

Target QLE-2742 (32 Gbps)  --> Initiator QLE-2742 (32 Gbps)  --> Result HBA in initiator is Offline when Enable Status from scstadmin, Assign LUN Failed
Target QLE-2742 (32 Gbps)  --> Initiator QLE-2742 (32 Gbps)  --> Result HBA in initiator is Online when Disable Status from scstadmin, Assign LUN Failed

Target QLE-2742 (32 Gbps)  --> Initiator LPe32000 (32 Gbps)  --> Result HBA in initiator is Online when Enable Status from scstadmin, Assign LUN Failed
Target QLE-2742 (32 Gbps)  --> Initiator LPe32000 (32 Gbps)  --> Result HBA in initiator is Offline when Disable Status from scstadmin, Assign LUN Failed

Target QLE-2672 (32 Gbps)  --> Initiator QLE-2742 (32 Gbps)  --> Working (no problem at all)
Target QLE-2672 (32 Gbps)  --> Initiator QLE-2742 (32 Gbps)  --> Working (no problem at all)

Target QLE-2672 (16 Gbps)  --> Initiator LPe32000 (32 Gbps)  --> Working (no problem at all)

Test Platform:
OS : Oracle Linux 7.5
Kernel: 4.14.35
QLE: The Latest qla2xxx_git from (scst-qla2xxx-unified).
SCST Version: 3.4
Communication between HBA : (Point to Point or FC Cable Direct)

Notes:
I think Cavium Qlogic need to test again and make clear which os and kernel running exactly with Point to Point connection without SAN Switch. Not just compile but also assign the lun and get result of scstadmin -list_session.
