Sebastian, the behavior of r6814 is not the correct behavior. If 
multipathd receives another response than "OK" in response to TUR then 
it will never send an STPG over that path. SCST supports STPG and this 
is essential to allow an initiator to activate a standby path after all 
active/optimized paths have failed. I assume that STPG processing was 
not needed to let your test pass?
