These are all the modules loading:

ib_umad
ib_ipoib
ib_srp
ib_srpt
rdma_ucm
ib_uverbs

@Bart - Tried that command and this is the result:

netmanvm1:~# find /sys/kernel/scst_tgt | grep enabled
/sys/kernel/scst_tgt/targets/ib_srpt/ib_srpt_target_0/enabled

I already knew ib_srpt is enabled, the problem is that I cannot get mlx4_0
enabled. Unless there is something I am missing about how to properly set
the target.

Here are some of my attempts:

Could there be something else required about the SRP configuration that
maybe missing? Here is what is repeated in my dmesg. It keeps counting up a
new host for some reason:

Do you have both the mlx4_core and the mlx4_ib module loaded?

Hi,
Trying to setup a SAN with SCST via SRP over an Infinband network using
Mellanox Technologies MT26428 [ConnectX VPI PCIe 2.0 5GT/s - IB QDR /
10GigE] (rev a0) card.
The card is there, drivers loaded, but when I do a list_drivers I can only
get ib_sprt to show, I cannot seem to make mlx4_0 driver show up so I can
create a target. In my dmesg the following error shows up:
ib_srpt: Received SRP_LOGIN_REQ with i_port_id
0xaf9d080003c90200:0x2c90300089daf, t_port_id
0x2c90300089dae:0x2c90300089dae and it_iu_len 260 on port 1
(guid=0xfe80000000000000:0x2c90300089daf)
ib_srpt: ***ERROR***: rejected SRP_LOGIN_REQ because the target mlx4_0 has
not yet been enabled
I haven't been able to find anybody who experienced anything like this and
have spent hours trying various means to get it working.
S
 ystem
is Debian Squeeze using 3.0 kernel and installed the latest 2.1.x
scst from subversion.
Any help as to where I should be looking to get this fixed so I can set a
target would be great.
Any freelancers who care to make a few bucks to help get this setup also
welcome. :)
Thanks,
Jonathan
