[Scsirastools-developers] scsirastools 1.4.7 is released

There is a new scsirastools version 1.4.7 released on sourceforge now.
Only one functional change was made, to move the location of the sgraid=20
script from /etc/rc.d/init.d to /etc/init.d for better LSB compliance.
