Update (02/09/2012): I do want to make sure that ScrumTime supports multiple languages in the future. However, right now it is out of scope for the amount of time that I have to dedicate to release 1.0.
This being said...in the 1.0 timeframe, I plan to make changes to the database design to handle unicode strings which may be where this problem is coming from. For now I am going to make this a target fix for 1.0. If my changes to the database do not correct this problem, I will need to postpone this until after 1.0 release.
