#5 Gatherer.java is missing expansions

Gatherer.java needs the following expansions added
Conflux (cfx) -- Newest set
Portal, Portal Second Age, Portal Three Kingdoms (po, po2, p3k) -- Legal in Vintage
Promo (mbp) -- Legal in Vintage (Mana Crypt)

Wouldn't it make more sense to have a text file defining the list of expansions and then have Gatherer.java parse that list into the internal structure? That way, it wouldn't require a software update to update the list.
