Thanks! BTW, I tried to find it on scrollkeeper.sourceforge.net, and not only I couldn't find the tree itself but even its existence was hidden deep inside ScrollKeeper 0.2 Specifications. All other pages (e.g., the top level page) just referred to 16-element OMF specification from metalab, which says nothing about the category tree. IMHO, existence of this tree - and the fact that it should be strictly enforced when writing OMF files - should be prominently posted on scrollkeeper web page.
