I should have said, or in a subdirectory. Would it be too much of a
restriction to require (not require really, like it's a condition for
getting into scrollkeeper, but mentioned in the packaging
documentation) for scrollkeeper?

If they can be anywhere, I guess I could just set a baseref in the
generated html and that might take care of it. I'll have to try a test
case.
