[Scrollkeeper-devel] Scrollkeeper example apps

Hello,

I created the first example application for Scrollkeeper. It is in the
scrollkeeper_examples toplevel directory in the CVS and it is called
hello-world-1. It does not have any binaries, only one .sgml doc
translated to four languages. The doc itself is not translated, I took
desktop-docs/panel.sgml from the Gnome CVS for this.

The Scrollkeeper code from the CVS implements most of the #3 proposal.

The example application's README file describes what the installation of
this package will explain about Scrollkeeper. However a read through the
proposal is needed to know where to look for the results of the
installation process.
