[Scriptonite-dev] adding binary files

hi guys,

i'd like to add the ECMA-262 pdf file into the project (under its own 
directory: /docs/). but to do that it has to be added as a binary file, 
which, Etienne in an earlier message to the group (dated 26 feb) warned 
against.

a. is it a good idea to add a copy of the standard we're working towards 
implementing into the project and its distribution(s)?
b. if yes how much trouble would that cause the group members?
