Hi all, I managed to compile an RPM from the latest dev version on my Mandrake 10.1 box[1]. It installs cleanly, but screem segfaults at launch complaining about a missing /usr/lib/ispell/english.hash file. Copied it from a PLD RPM, but I still get this error message: Illegal format hash table /usr/lib/ispell/english.hash - expected magic2 0x9602, got 0x594e Questions: 1. what does this mean, exactly? 2. why is Screem relying on a specific spell-checker? 3. why ispell anyway, as it is being superceded by better alternatives? Thanks in advance Ciao [1] It *wasn't* easy, had to update all of GNOME and download non-mandrake rpms. Anyone thinks the spec file could be useful, just ask me. -- Roberto Rosselli Del Turco roberto.rossellidelturco at unito.it Dipartimento di Scienze rosselli at ling.unipi.it del Linguaggio Then spoke the thunder DA Universita' di Torino Datta: what have we given?
