#39 date axis bug (and fix)

Hi -

I didn't have time to make up a proper patch, but I
wanted to alert that you there is a little problem in
datetimeaxis.cs, line 322. The constructor for the
DateTime should take worldMonDate.Minutes for its fifth
constructor. This causes all kinds of strangeness when
using the date axis. Just a small problem. Thanks for
the great work.
