There are a number of options for dealing with the over flow of the Special Abilities on the back of the Character Sheet II (CSII).

First, you have options to change the size of the text via the drop-down box in the back of CSII.

The spreadsheet is automatically set to overflow onto Character Sheet III. Take a quick check there to see if that is done for you.

Also, you can go to the Customization Tab and in the top left you will see a golden box labeled "Output Sheet Adjustment" and there is a way to set the overflow order of the Special Abilities. You can set the Sheet Order to CSIV and all of the Special Abilities will appear on one page.

Tip: Several of the characters that I have built have had overflow, so I've taken to setting the Sheet Order to CSIV so that all the Special Abilities are on one page. I popped back to CSII and clicked the Special Abilities box and changed the color of the font to white so that it appears blank and printed off 3 sheets for those characters: CSI, CSII, and CSIV (one had an Animal Companion so that page, too). I use the "blank box" on CSII to note the adjustments that I need to make when I update the character.
