#717 +1 pistol not adding to ToHit in gunslinger class

version 7.4.0.1, excel 2007, windows 7
Adding a +1 pistol to the gunslinger does not show an increase in the ToHit box on the weapon listing. Adding a +2 pistol will increase the ToHit but will still be one short of what is should be.
ie. +5bab, +3dex, +1 pistol should be 9 but the weapon box still shows 8. The damage does get added correctly though.
