#688 Crashes on loading in Win 7 with Excel 2010

Every time I try and open this version of the character generator, the program crashes and freezes my entire computer. I can't even Ctrl+Alt+Delete out of it. I have to reset my computer. I am running Win 7 with a quad core processor and 10GB of RAM with Excel 2010 so I don't see where it could be a resource issue. I tried deleting files from the Temporary Internet Files folder but to no avail. I read the other tickets and this seems to be a common problem.
