#672 Add unique magic items from Beginner's Box

I was wondering if the magic items from the Beginner's Box could be included in "additional magic items" or "non-slot items". I tried creating it myself in CUSTOM but there doesn't appear to be any way to give damage reduction from all ENERGY. Here is the item:

The Energy Heart appears to be a large flawless ruby. It grants the wearer 10 Damage Reduction to energy attacks once per day, and is worth 1000 GP.
