#661 broken calculation of weight carried for metric system

Hi Adam, long time no see! :)

I recently stumbled across a misscalculation of concerning the encumberance of one of my characters. It transpired that when using the metric system the weight of magic items is not adjusted (character sheet II references Engin!F2083:F2095). This also is true for the calculated weight of carried coins.
