#252 Tidepool Dragon Familiar

v6.13 Would LOVE to have a Tidepool Dragon familiar (from Skull & Shackles, VI, Wormwood Mutiny) but it never seems to work for me as a custom familiar. Could you please add it? Pretty please? Thank you-- and thank you for a wonderful product (wish it worked better with my excel, but that seems to be an issue with my install, and not with anything you did-- even the simplest of workbooks bring up the "loss of functionality" error upon saving).
