[Scope-dev] Important notice

I've checked in the latest sources to CVS including
lots of changes, the most significant of which is the
move to the "org.scopemvc.*" namespace.

I made the change with a simple search-and-replace so
I expect the same simple fix to be applicable to all
existing sources.

The tests and examples have also moved outside the
regular package structure for clarity.

New release of 0.7.0 very very soon.
