#12 messages are not always correctly counte

When reading through messages, they are not always marked as read on
the first click, and the () counter on the right of the folder's count
doesn't always decrement correctly.

A temporary work around for this problem is to tell the app to
recreate the cache. This will update to the correct number of unread
messages.

This has been fixed with my latest submission, Thanks to Jason Parks for taking the time to
open up the source, come over to my cube and bother me to look at it with him.
