To edit and maintain Scirl's research libraries i decided to generate a visual RL-Editor with Borlands Kylix Open Edition. Furthermore it can be used for define new operators, sets and any more!

SciRL and OpenGL
In order to maintain platform independence the
graphical capabilities will be implemented
by OpenGL. Progammers welcome!
The target release is 0.9.1. with rudimentary
OpenGL functionality.
