Currently GTK creates the name "scite job #1" etc. which is used
e.g. in the GNOME printing desktop notification, or by cups-pdf to create
filenames and PDF titles.

Change to the more informative "<filename> - SciTE".

Patch attached, could create code to construct the job name but the window title seems to do the job OK?
