#2510 Fortran highlighting update for "rank" keyword

Here is just a small update for fortran.properties file: "rank" was moved from "keywords2" to "keywords" list. This change is required for "select rank" construct to have correct folding. It comes together with patch send to Lexilla on github (https://github.com/ScintillaOrg/lexilla/issues/363).
