#2476 Same file opened several times on Windows

On Windows 10 and SciTE 5.5.6, the same file is opened two or three times. I guess the filename is treated as case-sensitive. E.g. I opened the file once as c:\... then I opened it from the error panel as C:\ and then I opened it as TESTS\types.php.
