#2417 Inactive selections background color

SC_ELEMENT_SELECTION_INACTIVE_BACK : colouralpha
When a window no longer has the keyboard focus, it is customary to make its selection less noticeable by colouring it grey.

It may be customary, but not everybody likes it. :)

Could you please implement SC_ELEMENT_SELECTION_ADDITIONAL_INACTIVE_BACK as well?
Alternatively - one settings should make all selections retain the set background color on losing focus.
