#2314 window icon not shown in linux/wayland/GTK

The window icon is not displayed when I open SciTE. Sometimes it will display later if I do something within SciTE which causes the window to repaint.

I am using SciTE v5.1.6 on GTK 3.24.30 on Arch Linux. I am using the Wayfire wayland compositor, so the header bar is created with client side decorations.

Attached is a patch which fixes the issue for me.

I don't know which icon you are referring to so can't reproduce the issue. SciTE always seems to have an alt-tab icon. On Ubuntu there is always a top bar icon.
