#1601 using ctrl+f often causes find text to be pasted into multiple places in the document.

Using CTRL+F to do a find often inserts that find text into the document in multiple places.

Occurs mostly for me when using an older P4 based PC, running Ubuntu Linux (XFCE window manager) and running Scite under linux.

It happens with other applications that use scite control embedded including Code:Blocks.

I will try and find exact reproduction steps but it happens frequently for me.

Displaying the find dialog takes some time and the keystrokes don't go to it until its ready. I'd like to improve this but haven't been able to find a way.

You may find that the find strip, which can be turned on with find.use.strip=1 does not exhibit this problem.
