left / right arrow keys places the caret inverted (pressing right is placing it one to the left and vice versa).
Always when opening a document (even when default is utf-8) it show the document LTR, and when I change it to RTL the whole text is mirrored. workaround is selecting another encoding (like ANSI) and then return to UTF-8. attached screenshot.

Working with Hebrew.

As stated near the beginning of http://www.scintilla.org/ScintillaDoc.html, Scintilla does not properly support right-to-left languages like Arabic and Hebrew. There are no current plans to improve RTL support.
