#1531 Missing #include <string> in CallTip.h

The code in CallTip.h needs no include headers for string because it uses std::string val, else the code fails to compile for me.

    For Scintilla, #include statements go in the source files, not the headers so ScintillaWX.cpp needs to #include <string>.
