[Scim-devel] Update scim-tables configure script

Recently many new language tables are added to scim-tables.
But there are some bugs in configure.ac file.
New language tables are need to be preprocessed by configure script to
generate *.txt file from *.txt.in.
So I've modified configure.ac to have new entries and sorted the list.
If you don't object, I will commit it.
