#10 Give a option to set default filter.

Hello,
First, I'll give you about my configuration.
I have WuBi and PinYin setup.
And also enabled the filter:
Simplified Chinese => Traditional Chinese

But I have to select filter every time I start WuBi.
And when I sometimes need to use PinYin,
I'll switch them using Control + Shift.
After I finished typing, I wish to switch back to
Wubi again(Control + Shift), then, the filter setting is lost.
