Testing (attached) program starts, GtkEntry is focused,
user can input symbols but SCIM panel is hidden, it
floats up only if you re-focus it for (e.g. press Tab
twice) or move all the window
(/Panel/Gtk/ShowTrayIcon =
false, /Panel/Gtk/ToolBar/AlwaysShow = true).
