Your python, numeric and expat libraries are all different versions to the ones the rpms were compiled with and which come with SuSE 8.0. My immediate suggestion is to remove the above packages and use yast(2) to install the relevant packages from your SuSE distribution (yast -i packagename.rpm might be the easiest way if you can't find them in the listings). The rpms are known to work fine when run with the SuSE packages but, obviously, don't like other versions (particularly the python bits it seems). If you have to have these other packages instead of the default SuSE ones then you will need to compile from source, which can be slightly tricky, but there is some info in the source tarball for compiling in general and on SuSE in particular (updated documentation is on hold whilst I 'document' my postgrad work ;0).
