Trying to display the manual when no help folder has been set displays an error message and information on where to download the manual. When the help folder is set to a directory not containing the manual, no such guidance is provided, although the user may be essentially in the same situation (i.e. after having selected a random folder when first presented with said error message). While there is a separate menu entry for changing the help folder, it would be more user-friendly to treat missing and invalid help folders the same way.

It doesn't display any help, even when a folder known to contain help files is set.
It would appear this has been fixed, as it now generates an error message telling the user where to download the help files.
But as Anonymous points out, no help is displayed!
Lowering priority, as this will be fixed as part of eliminating qtassistant and using system web browser
