[Scidavis-contributors] sip 6

It appears that sip 6 is incompatible with SciDAVis's CMake build
system. It appears I can no longer install sip 5 on my MacOS build system.

I'm sick of this Riverbank crap!

Is there any chance anyone who knows how to get CMake to drive Sip
correctly could fix up the CMake scripts?

Otherwise, I'm going to have to leave Python disabled on the MacOS
build yet again.
