[Scidavis-contributors] Qmake to Cmake

Hi Guys,

I've just had someone submit a PR to support building scidavis via
cmake. I don't really want to support two different ways of building
the package, but I wouldn't mind switching to cmake, as I'm sick and
tired of qmake's idiocies. Cmake has idiocies as well, but seems to be
an order of magnitude more sane.

It looked like a clean config file, so I have merged the PR.

Does anyone want to strongly argue in favour of continuing to use qmake?
