Hi, I am sorry that people have to use dirty workarounds for a problem that is easy to solve, but you know that to be able to manage large PGN games would mean to break the compatibility between Scid 3.6.1 and the modified Scid (the new Scid could open both file formats, but not the original "genuine" Scid 3.6.1). This is a decision that I can't make alone.
