Quite possible, I see the problem (under Linux) in selected windows
(e.g. the info area of the main window, and in some other places
e.g. the player report).  The symptom is that the scrollbar appears to
be there, but is coloured such that the fg, bg, and all highlights are
the same. - i.e. I can operate it if i guess correctly where the
scrollbar elements are, but not otherwise.
