[Scid-users] How to remove games from database?

Hello.  I'm new to the list, and to SCID, and am trying to learn how to use
it.

Here is my question: I have a database, but some of the games are too short
to be worth keeping around, so I'd like to remove them from the database.  I
have managed to set the delete flags, but they never seem to get removed ...
is there some step I am missing?  I have searched through all the menus, and
the help, and even Google, but to no avail ...
