I do not see this on Debian 5.0.2 (stable==lenny). Started
right from your position, followed the TB till the bitter
end, no segfault. (Current CVS version of Scid.)
However, I noted that the link to the endgame tablebase
window seems to be broken in the game info area. Ie. if I
click on the blue string after "TB: " I do not get the
TB-window as expected.

AFAIK not out of the box. Phalanx would need an additional
startup parameter (-r 0). You could add this to Scids code,
but I feel this is not desirable in general.
