#69 NAG Code for Diagrams

Here's a bug report from Fred Mellender:

Even if "D" were allowed, it should follow the move text directly, no blank. See section 8.2.3.7 of the same document for uses of "Export and import format".

I have found this SCID output to fail in a number of parsers.
