[Schrodinger-devel] shroedinger fails to build with CUDA support

I am building version 1.0.9. Previous versions (tried 1.0.7) gives same results. Tried with cudatoolkit 2.3 and 3.0 versions.

At first break it couldn't find "cudalt.py" at sources tree root.

../../cudalt.py init.lo /usr/local/cuda/bin/nvcc -c -O2 -use_fast_math init.cu
/bin/bash: ../../cudalt.py: No such file or directory
make[4]: *** [init.lo] Error 127
make[4]: Leaving directory `/home/__shared/pub/build/codec/schroedinger-1.0.9/schroedinger/cuda'

I solved this simply by copying such file from http://code.google.com/p/adsm/source/browse/?repo=libgmac
Next break log:
../../cudalt.py init.lo /usr/local/cuda/bin/nvcc -c -O2 -use_fast_math init.cu
init.cu:1:22: error: cudainit.h: No such file or directory

Google doesn't give any helpful info neither about cudainit.h, nor about cudawl_init function, called from init.cu
