#39 Performance Improvements when Cairo Installed

At some point Graphviz started using the Cairo renderer by default. Whether Cairo was used varies depending on platform. The problem (or feature, depending on your perspective) of Cairo is that it produces better quality output. That quality comes at the cost of generation time and file size.

This feature request is to use the original GD renderer by default to maintain SchemaSpy's performance characteristics and file sizes. Another feature request will allow for higher quality output if required.
