Added selectColumnCommentsSql query and worked fine.

But comments and columns are in UTF-8 and html page in ISO-8859-1

Thanks for the selectColumnCommentsSql. Looks like it was a bear to write.

I've turned this into a bug report to deal with the UTF-8 issues.
