scenescream.js

SceneScream.js is a jQuery plugin that allows you to execute custom code when you scroll the top of a scene (a specific location/section of a web page document) above the top of the Viewport until the bottom of the scene rises above the top of the Viewport or the you scroll bottom of the scene until it falls below the top of the Viewport until the top of the scene falls below the top the Viewport.
