Step 1: Start the World Editor
Step 2: Enter the menu screen, and pick Player - Customize defaults
Step 3: Scroll the arrow down to the icon for Strength and press enter to change it.
Step 4: Notice the info panel reads "Ammo", after an icon that is no longer there.
Step 5: Scroll the arrow to the icon for Potion and press enter to change it.
Step 6: Notice that the info panel reads "Speed" after an icon that is no longer there.
Step 7: Notice that many of the Stats and Items icons are now offset.
Step 8: Notice that the last two default key values are not editable.
