#18 Unexpected access to Tile choice window - Mouse over star

When in the editor, hovering the mouse over the star in the top-right brings up the tile selection screen. Why? Is that intentional as I find it a little intrusive, especially as it's as you hover NEAR the star, not even when you are over it.
Not sure if this operation is in the right context of the editor.
